We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

📌 Traditional silk sarees are delicate items; hence, returns for colour variation or dislike of design are not accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that are worn, used, or altered

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Custom-made orders

  • International orders (due to customs rules)


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at silknest2015@gmail.com or WhatsApp [+917483230431] with order number & photos of the issue.

  2. Our team will verify and approve the return (if valid).

  3. Pickup will be arranged within 2–4 days.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, refund/store credit will be initiated.


4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or given as store credit.

  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product shipped

Exchange is subject to stock availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return pickup charges may apply if the issue is not from our side.

  • For damaged/wrong product cases, we bear full shipping costs.
